Overview:

Quantum Leap is now setting up a presence in Pune.

Responsibilities:

Work on pre-sales and post-sales POCs, Innovation and Architecture engagements with strategic TIBCO customers. Do design and implementation review and guide strategic customers in use of TIBCO products Rapid prototyping and create customer driven innovation that demonstrates use of TIBCO technology to address Customer business/technology challenges Participate in building proof of concepts and solution prototypes in pre-sales      engagements Willingness to travel globally at a short notice for developing POCs, handling customers escalations and any other challenging work Think creatively and map existing TIBCO products to recommend solutions to      customers Entrepreneurial spirit, a “can do” attitude and strong work ethics Good customer facing presentation skills

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide proactive and reactive assistance to all external customers
- Provide overall escalation management and technical solutions when issues are reported to them, including but not limited to, review of open issues on a daily basis, updating our customers on the status of their escalated cases, and assisting in the reproduction of issues
- Ensure that all of the required files are gathered and available prior to escalating an issue to our Tier II team
- Establishing effective lines of communication with our Tier II team and management to ensure cases are flagged that require immediate attention
- Log all issues into Insight, updating activities to cases, and escalate cases
- Perform duties as assigned by management
- Provide proactive assistance to your specific product
- Trouble-shoot/qualify cases before escalating into Tier-II
- Record and document all issues related to customers both internal and external
- Conference call availability to resolve product issues
- Log all testing, troubleshooting and research done in process of resolution
- Responsible for Customer and Internal Updates
- Produce articles for submission into the current knowledgebase
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and professionalism
- Creation of product troubleshooting guides to assist support teams
- Provide effective and timely communication to support teams
- Document issues within the call tracking system
- Maintain a current level of knowledge on McAfee products and new vulnerabilities and/or threats
- Be available and accessible to fellow co-workers
- Maintain a friendly, open, approachable, positive attitude

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Operating Systems such as Unix and Linux
- Experience with networking, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP
- Basic level knowledge of databases (SQL), LDAP services, Siteminder, Identity and Access Mgmt technologies
- Understanding of SOA, XML, SOAP, EDI, Web services and Security
- Basic level knowledge of security and information gathering tools like nslookup, traceroute, ping, wireshark, tcpdump, netstat
- Basic experience with programming/scripting is desirable, but not required
- Basic experience with routers, switches, proxies, or firewalls is desirable
- Strong problem solving skills
- At least 1 year of experience in customer care/customer support
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements
- Effective problem resolution
- Ability to communicate at multiple levels with customers (i.e. technical / management)
- Excellent at providing positive customer service

Qualification : Chartered Accountants from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Training Period : One year.

Year of Passing : Candidate who have passed the CA degree in 2010 & afterwards only needs to apply.

Age limit : 30 yrs as on 1st July, 2013
(relaxable by 5 years for SCs/STs and by 3 years for OBCs)

Location : The Post is transferable throughout IFFCO viz. at various Plants and Marketing offices located in India as well as Outside India including new establishments that may come up in future.

Compensation : During training, stipend and other benefits will be paid as per the Rules of IFFCO i.e ranging from Rs 40,000- 50,000 (approx) .
(On successful completion of one year training and subject to our manpower requirement, candidates may be appointed in suitable regular pay
scales as per the Rules of IFFCO. After absorption CTC will be between Rs. 8-9 lac p.a.)

Bond : The Trainees at the time of joining will have to furnish a Service Bond for 3 years.

Selection Procedure : Short listed candidates will be required to appear for Online test in controlled environment i.e at the pre determined test centres. Only those candidates who qualify the Online test will be called for personal interview.
