Overview:

TIBCO Quantum Leap team is the TIBCO’s Customer Driven Innovation team and responsible for pre-sales and post-sales innovation around emerging products and technologies. The work cuts across TIBCO products including ActiveMatrix BPM, BusinessEvents Extreme, ActiveSpaces, BigData Technologies and Active Services Gateway. Quantum Leap is now setting up a presence in Pune.

Responsibilities:

Work on pre-sales and post-sales POCs, Innovation and Architecture engagements with strategic TIBCO customers. Do design and implementation review and guide strategic customers in use of TIBCO products Rapid prototyping and create customer driven innovation that demonstrates use of TIBCO technology to address Customer business/technology challenges Participate in building proof of concepts and solution prototypes in pre-sales      engagements Willingness to travel globally at a short notice for developing POCs, handling customers escalations and any other challenging work Think creatively and map existing TIBCO products to recommend solutions to      customers Entrepreneurial spirit, a “can do” attitude and strong work ethics Good customer facing presentation skills

Qualifications:

Good knowledge of enterprise architecture design patterns Expertise with at-least one TIBCO product family ActiveMatrix, BusinessEvents, ActiveSpaces, BPM Ability to map TIBCO products to customer problems and rapidly prototype/develop solutions based on TIBCO product stack Knowledge of massively scalable systems, in-memory computing, BigData technologies and performance engineering is highly desirable Sound Knowledge of Object oriented programming, Java/C++ is desirable Passionate to make customers succeed with TIBCO product implementations Excellent communication and ability to manage customer expectations Demonstrated ability to work across Product Engineering, Services, Product Management and support to ensure successful execution of TIBCO product implementations Bachelors/Masters from one of the top engineering colleges in CS/EE/Other is a MUST
